are you considering a life coach?…

What is a life coach? When I tell people I have a life coach, they wonder what exactly does a life coach do? Well a life coach for me has helped me level up my life in many ways. From my personal growth, career, marriage, and relationships. I am a better all around person from my work with my coach. I am more confident and sure of myself. I am more alive and engaged in my life. I enjoy my life and all it has to offer so much more. Before working with my life coach, Christine Hassler, I suffered from severe depression and acute anxiety. I find I can manage my depression and anxiety so much better now. I used to be filled with such doubt about everything in my life, now I manage that inner critic with ease. No longer does my doubt or my inner critic run my life, I do!

How does life coaching work for you? My commitment is 6 months at a time, every two weeks chatting with my coach about anything and everything. We have sessions by phone for approximately 1 hour and it’s 100% confidential. Sessions are recorded for your review whenever you need them. At times there might be some homework to work on in your own time. Lessons to be learned and applied to you life each day.

Who is your life coach? Christine Hassler . Who has been coaching people since 2004. She is a trained life coach, holds a Masters Degrees in Psychology and Consciousness, Health and Healing, and I am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner. She is a author, speaker, podcaster, and retreat facilitator too. Here approach to coaching is NOT a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone has different goals and needs. She will customize a program that suits your needs and desires.

My journey started 2 years ago with my life coach Christine Hassler. I admit I had no idea what to expect but what I got was so much clarity, confidence, love, support, help, insight, and self-improvement. I learned to bust through the blocks of life. Step out of my comfort zone. Play big not small. Learned to really love the true authentic wonderful person I really am, no more hiding away. I became a spiritual being, one who knows the universe has my back, always. I learn to let go of expectations, see… “Expectation Hangover by Christine Hassler“, and enjoy the ride that is my life. I learned to appreciate all I can do. I am a more loving person to all. I stopped being a doormat for other people and their problems. I don’t let fear run my life. I am more mindful each day of my wonderful life. Anxiety no longer rules me either, I can cope now, and I am better now. Depression is no longer a worry for me, I have many wonderful tools to cope each day with the ups and downs of life. These are just some of the major things that have changed for me in the past few years. The coaching investment for me is well worth the money spent. I have never had any therapist, doctor, or friend, help me as much as Christine can/has. I have also attended her signature retreat, which is super helpful getting your life moving in the right direction and busting through the blocks in your way. I highly recommend you attend one too, click here to check them out.

If you have any questions for me, please feel free to leave a comment. Or email me at: simplycute at gmail dot com. I am more than happy to help.

We suffer when our reality does not match the expectations we are so attached to.  -Christine Hassler, Expectation Hangover

do your best…

Do your best each day in every way, it’s all the universe expects of you.

I notice when I am eating I do the best I can where ever I am. I control my portions as best I can. I stay on track with my wellness journey as best I can BUT if life calls for a change of plans, a celebration,  then embrace and enjoy it.

When I am at work, I do the best I can. But we all make mistakes sometimes too. I am not perfect. I don’t live for perfection anymore. I don’t expect to be perfect.

I offer up the best love I can give to everyone in my life each day, I do the best I can.

When I am doing chores around the house, I do the best I can with what I have and that is enough.

I don’t mean to say there isn’t always some room to improve, but offer up your best is first step to a healthy relationship with yourself, learn from your doing and mistakes, then proceed forward. Always be moving forward.

Know that any situation your in your offering up your best and trust me, that is good enough. You are enough just as you are.

favorite protein shake…

My favorite go to chocolate peanut butter protein shake. This shake if wonderful for my afternoon snack. Tasty, cold and yummy.
Use 1 scoop Vega Protein Chocolate and 1 Tbsp. of PB2 Powered Peanut Butter. If you want more chocolate taste try PB2 Chocolate Powered Peanut Butter.
I also add a dash or drop of Stevia for sweetness.
Add 8-10 oz unsweetened almond milk, depending on how thick or thin you like the consistency. If your not worried to much about sugar try a Chocolate Almond Milk.
Ice cubes to taste. I usually put about 3-4 ice cubes in.
Blend in blender (like a Nutri-Bullet.)

what’s for breakfast…

My breakfast routine…

Each morning when I wake up I drink my Metagenics Glutagenics Supplement. This supplement helps heal my leaky gut.

After 20 minutes I take a combination of two things in water my Vital Proteins Pasture-Raised, Grass-Fed Collagen Peptides & Organifi – Green Juice Super Food Supplement

These two supplements give me a green juice energy boost without all the mess juicing produce gives you and protein and collagen to help with inflammation.

After waiting another 30 minutes for the green juice drink to digest it’s time for some Gluten, Soy, Sugar, and Dairy free breakfast. I many times choose GF Oatmeal or Quinoa with added plain flavored whey protein. Or a GF cereal that is low in sugar with unsweetened almond milk. Breakfast is an important meal of the day to get you off to a healthy start. During breakfast I also have a cup of Organic Chia tea with 1t raw honey. I also take my vitamin supplements after eating breakfast, like Fish Oil, B-Complex, Multivitamin, Osteo Bi-Flex, and Sam-E.

I am finding a healthy way to start my day is important.

Makes me feel so much better.

After my breakfast is also when I workout, for at least 30 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. This exercise gives me a wonderful energy boost to start my day too.

Start your day off right.

Oh yes, there are days I enjoy one latte made with coconut milk too. If I need a little extra energy/caffeine boost. You will see a lot of latte posts on my social media.

Let me know what you do to start the day off right?
