This year I choose the A5 inserts from Inkwell Press. They fit great in my blue domino Filofax.
I actually use these inserts to track activities I do each day, kinda of like a diary. I love the heavyweight paper, gold monthly tabs, and overall wonderful quality of this planner.

I love it, growing slow. It truly is the only way for me. I am not a BIG BOLD kinda gal. Nope, slow and steady for me. I actually is someone who puts a lot of thought behind what I do in life. Each day actually, I take my time and take a break and think before I act. Even with food, I wonder around the kitchen in search of lunch, and sometimes I step away to think about, what do I really want? Do you do this?
Below are some areas of my life I am growing slow at…
- health – day by day I take getting healthy slowly, learning new things, making good choices, improving my habits little by little
- exercise – day by day I make movement more a priority
- meditation – I increase my meditation time little by little, I am up to about 15 minutes now, started at 5 minutes, that’s progress little by little
- reading – day by day I read more, I read a different book, I get in a few more pages than the day before, little by little
- the universe – each day I connect a little more with the sacred universal love

How does you know your path in life?
Questions! Ask yourself many questions and answer honestly.
Ask questions about your present life? Are you where you hoped to be? Is your life fulfilling? What changes can I make now to improve my life?
Get help if need be. Hire a trainer, mentor, or coach. Together you can discover you way together sometimes.
Plan your future. What does it look like, write it all out. Then…start taking action steps towards that future. It won’t all happen at once. But everyday schedule something in that moves you closer to your goal.
Change, know that your path will change as time goes by even year to year. And that is ok. That is normal. Change is inevitable.
Have you ever really sat down quietly and reflected on the way your life is going? No? Well give it a try sometime. Break down the roles you hold in life. Set up strategic goals to move you forward.

I know I am re-hiring my wellness coach Connie Trowbridge to help me for the next 6 months+ get my health and wellness in check and keep it that way. I admit I feel into old patterns recently and I realize very much that is NOT where I want to be. I want so much more from myself and my precious body. Do you know where you are now? Where you want to go? And the action steps to get there?
Write it all out. Get it out of your head down on paper. Make plans and take action towards living the life you want to live. It is never to late to stop drifting in life.

I am going to try to pick up another one for myself. I really am enjoying mine for this next year so far. I might get the flex version this time around. I am finding I am using this planner more than my Erin Condren, so far this year. I use my Erin Condren planner for my website/blog.
